This linoleum print was inspired by the verse Matthew 8:27 "The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!”
I knew immediately I wanted to carve a lighthouse to go with this verse. The imagery of a lighthouse in a storm with its light shining to guide boats felt fitting for this verse.
I used all archival materials to ensure this artwork lasts a long time. This art is an original hand print. Printed with Gamblin oil based relief ink on Strathmore paper.
